Here is all the canon characters. When they are taken there name will be crossed out. The discription below their names are just part of there early life or their personal history. when you make your character you may use this but i want at least another paragraph thats different. Thank you.

Isabella "Bella" Marie Swan
Isabella Marie Swan was born on September 13, 1987 to Renée and Charlie Swan, a young couple living in the small town of Forks, Washington. Her mother left her father, taking Bella with her. When Bella was six months old, her mother moved to Phoenix, Arizona.
Bella has always had few friends, never quite 'fitting in' until she moves to Forks, Washington where there, she is the new girl. She is also incredibly clumsy, which leads her to avoid all sports: "A damsel in distress".
Charlie Swan
Charlie was married to Bella's mother (Renée) early in both of their lives. She later had Bella, but divorced Charlie soon after; She couldn't stand the cold, dreary and wet life of living in Forks. Even after she had moved back to Florida, Charlie was still in love with her, but had gotten passed the fact that she didn't love him. He became accustomed to living alone, except when Bella started to come up and visit him in the summer. When Bella was seventeen, she came up to live with him in Forks.
Emily Young
Emily Young is Sam Uley's fiance and second cousin to Leah Clearwater. When Emily was visiting her beloved cousin Sam imprinted with Emily, the attraction being so strong he was forced to leave Leah to be with Emily. Emily at first tried to reject Sam but his adoring devotion to her won her over in the end. During the fall before Bella arrives in Forks, Emily and Sam were alone in the woods when Sam became emotional and phased while standing too near to Emily, leaving three scratch scars on the right side of her face from her hairline to to her right wrist; the scars turning her mouth into a scowl and dragging the corner of her eye downwards, disfiguring her beautiful face. Emily doesn't appear in the present to mind her disfigurement nor does she appear ill at ease with all the young werewolves she cares for, she in fact treats them like brothers or sons. Emily holds no ill will towards Sam. They are currently engaged to be married.
Billy Black
Billy Black is a direct descendant of Ephraim Black, who was the last chief of the Quileute Indians. He is one of Charlie Swans’ best friends. The two go fishing together rather frequently. When Billy’s illness left him crippled and in a wheelchair and unable to drive, Charlie bought Billy’s old Ford truck and gave it to Bella to drive. Billy seems rather superstitious and knows more about the Cullens than he tells his son, Jacob.
Angela Weber
A classmate of Bella's, she is described as being kind, shy, and somewhat insightful. She has a strong relationship with her boyfriend Ben Cheney and in the end, she is a very good friend to Bella, actually becoming her best (human) friend.
Jessica Stanley
A classmate of Bella's, and Bella's first friend in Forks. She tends to be more interested in Bella's popularity than Bella. She's sometimes jealous of Mike's affections toward Bella.
Mike Newton
A classmate of Bella's, he consistently has a crush on Bella, but is more interested in Bella as a pretty girl than Bella as a person. He dated Jessica Stanley, but the 2 broke up.
Lauren Mallory
Lauren is very stand offish when it comes to Bella. She come across as the snob of the bunch that sit at Bella’s lunch table. She has never been especially friendly to Bella. Lauren is jealous of EVERYTHING! Lauren met a modeling agent who convinced her to do something "edgy" with her hair and pay for high quality headshots. He promised that her career would take off like a rocket. She’s still waiting for that to happen.
Eric Yorkie
Eric was the first one to offer Bella any help at the school. He even went so far as to ask her to the dance. Eric is the geek in the crowd.
Vampires
Carlisle Cullen
Carlisle Cullen was the son of an Anglican pastor, born in the 1640s in London, England at a time of religious chaos. Carlisle's father and other pastors led hunts for witches, werewolves, and vampires, saying that they were trying to rid the world of evil, but many times, these groups would end up killing innocent people. As his father aged, Carlisle was put in charge of the raids after these mythical creatures. He was not as ecstatic about killing as his father was, but he was smart enough to find a real coven of vampires living in the sewers of London. Carlisle led a hunt after these vampires, and in the chaos that ensued, he was bitten and left bleeding in the street by a vampire. Knowing that he would not be welcomed back home, Carlisle hid himself in a potato cellar for his transformation, and emerged three days later as a vampire.
Carlisle was repelled and horrified by what he had become, and tried various ways of killing himself, including starvation, drowning, and jumping off of cliffs. Eventually Carlisle was so thirsty for blood that while he was hiding out in a cave in a forest he attacked and fed on a herd of passing deer. He found that he could live off of animal blood and he considered this much more humane than drinking the blood of a human, therefore killing the human. Carlisle found new life in this fact and over two centuries was able to perfect his ability to resist human blood. During these two centuries, Carlisle also studied books at night, using his knowledge at daytime and was known as a "nighttime patron of the arts". As a result of his hard studying, Carlisle was able to become a brilliant medical doctor.
Carlisle was studying in Italy when he met a coven of ancient vampires called the Volturi that included three vampires named Aro, Marcus, and Caius. They were much more educated and refined vampires than those living in the sewers of London, but still drank human blood and failed to convince Carlisle to do the same. Carlisle then lived in Chicago during a Spanish influenza epidemic. During this epidemic in a hospital where he worked, Carlisle encountered a dying mother named Elizabeth Mason. She was with her dying son, Edward. This woman begged Carlisle to do anything within his power to save Edward before dying. Out of loneliness, he changed Edward and Edward became his companion. Later on in 1921 after Carlisle had changed Edward, Carlisle moved to Wisconsin where he treated Esme because of a failed suicide attempt. Carlisle felt compelled to save her life and "changed" her, consequently falling in love with her, and marrying her later on.
Carlisle then changed Rosalie Hale, a young woman who was almost killed by her drunken fiance and his friends, then left in the street to die. Then, while hunting, Rosalie found a young man named Emmett who was mauled by a bear, and she carried him over 100 miles to Carlisle. Carlisle then changed Emmett, who later on became Rosalie's mate. After Carlisle changed Emmett, Alice and Jasper joined his coven. Alice and Jasper were mates as well.
Much later, Carlisle and his family moved to Hoquiam, Washington where they made a treaty with the Quileute Indian tribe that the Quileute tribe would leave the Cullens alone if the Cullens would not bite or kill any human, or go on their land. The Cullens agreed to the treaty, and lived in relative peace. Later they moved to Forks, Washington. Carlisle presently works at the hospital in Forks, becoming their head doctor. With his riches that he had accumulated as a successful doctor over two centuries, he bought his black Mercedes S55 AMG.
Edward Anthony Masen Cullen
Edward Anthony Masen Cullen was born on June 20, 1901 to Edward and Elizabeth Masen. While dying of the Spanish influenza in Chicago in 1918, he was changed into a vampire by a doctor named Carlisle Cullen (due to an indirect request made by his dying mother). Carlisle believed that Elizabeth sensed that he was different and asked him to do "what others cannot do" to save her son's life. As a human, Edward was very sensitive to the thoughts of the people around him, and when he was changed, he gained the ability to hear others' thoughts. After Edward was changed into a vampire, he rebelled against Carlisle's practise of drinking animal's blood only after 10 years because he understood why Carlisle only fed on animals. Since he could read minds, he purposefully sought out and preyed on only the worst of society, which was how he justified his actions to himself. However, after a few years, he became guilt-ridden, realized that Carlisle was right, and returned home. He has not strayed since.
Mary Alice Cullen
Alice's early history is often vague, as she remembers nothing of her life before she was changed. She was born around 1901 in Biloxi, Mississippi and was kept in an asylum because of visions she had of the future, which carried over as her "special ability" when she was changed. She became the favorite of a vampire who worked at the asylum, and James began to hunt her because she smelled so good. When the older vampire realized that James was after Alice, he changed her into a vampire, protecting her from James. Her date of death on her tombstone is the same date she was admitted into the asylum. Alice had a sister named Cynthia, and has a niece that is still alive.
Jasper Whitlock
Jasper Whitlock was born in 1843, and grew up in Texas. Although he was only seventeen, in 1859, he lied about his age, stating he was 21, and joined the Confederate States Army to serve during the Civil War. He was quickly elevated through the ranks, and became the youngest major in the army. Jasper was changed into a vampire in 1863 by another vampire named Maria. Maria was fighting an endless war for claim on the big cities in the south (the more people in the city, the more you can feed without gaining the notice of the humans, or the Volturi, who acted as the pest control to keep the vampire world unnoticed by the human population). Jasper was changed because he was high-ranking in the army, and he already has some knowledge of combat skills. When Maria found out about his peculiar ability to control the emotions of those around him, and calm an entire room of extremely volatile, new-born vampires, she found him even more useful.
Jasper's job was to train the vampires, and then kill them when they were no longer useful to Maria (after about a year, the strength of a new-born vampire begins to fade). After about a century of this, he grew wary of the lifestyle. An old vampire friend of his, named Peter, rescued him from Maria. For a time, he lived with Peter and his companion, Charlotte, but soon became aware that he was still depressed with so much human sacrifice. As a result, he ran away and found Alice, his true love, waiting for him in a half-empty diner. She knew they would find the Cullens and live there together in peace.
Out of the whole cult, Jasper has the hardest time being around humans, due to his upbringing as a young vampire. Edward states that all human blood is equally tempting to Jasper, unlike the rest of the family, who can notice the variations in blood scent in different humans. Jasper grew tired of being the "weakest link".
Esme Cullen
Esme was born sometime in 1892. Little is known about her early life, but that she lived near the outskirts of Columbus. She met Dr. Carlisle Cullen for the first time when she was 16 and had just broken her leg climbing a tree. He soon moved out of town, but Esme never forgot the experience. While she initially wanted to move West to become a school teacher, she was pressured by her parents to remain and marry. At the age of 25, she married Charles Evenson, hoping to please her parents and willing to attempt to be happy, but soon realized her husband was an abusive man. Her parents coached her to keep face, and much to her relief, her husband got drafted during the Great War. A while after he came back she found out that she was pregnant, which gave her motive to run away. She fled north to become a teacher, and in 1921, her son was born, and subsequently died a few days after. Esme felt she had nothing left in her life. She tried to commit suicide by jumping off a cliff, and was presumed dead when she was brought into the hospital. Dr. Cullen was working in the area at the time and recognized her as the happy young girl he treated ten years ago, feeling pity for her Carlisle changed her into a vampire as she lay dying. Esme then married Dr. Carlisle Cullen, and she joined the Cullen's cult in 1921.
Emmett Cullen
Emmett was changed into a vampire by Carlisle Cullen in 1935, two years after Rosalie Hale had been changed. Emmett was up hunting in the mountains of Tennessee when he was confronted by a bear. He had nearly died from the attack, but then Rosalie saved him and carried him over a hundred miles back to Carlisle. It was then that Emmett had described this experience as "being saved by an angel who brought him to God". Once Rosalie had returned to Carlisle with Emmett, it was there that he was changed into a vampire.
After the painful part of the change had passed, Rosalie and Carlisle explained everything to him, mostly about him being a vampire. This did not upset Emmett, however, like Rosalie and Carlisle had thought it would. He put in his own words, "But if Carlisle and Rosalie, my angel, were vampires, how bad could it be?" He, however, did have trouble adjusting to the vampire rules at first and had tasted human blood on several occasions.
Rosalie Lillian Hale (Cullen)
Rosalie Lillian Hale lived in Rochester, NY in 1933; she had two younger brothers, a housewife for a mother, and her father worked at a bank (her father's job helped keep the family wealthy during the Great Depression.) She was born beautiful and constantly praised, making her vain and, like her parents, wanted more out of life. One day, Rosalie's mother had her dress up to deliver her father's forgotten lunch to his job, in hopes that the son of the bank's owner would take more interest in Rosalie. It worked. Royce King the Second sent roses to Rosalie and, after making the comment that her eyes were like violets, Rosalie began receiving them, too. Their relationship was solely wooing and for the physical attraction, Royce was too busy at the bank. They became engaged and shortly before the wedding, Rosalie visited her good friend Vera who Rosalie envied for her baby boy. When Vera's husband kisses Vera, Rosalie finally noticed the lack of love in her relationship with Royce that was so obvious in Vera's. When walking home, shaken by her thoughts about her loveless relationship, Rosalie stumbled across her drunken fiance and his also drunken pals; Royce bragged about his fiance's beauty which eventually led to Rosalie being raped. Rosalie was found by Carlisle, Esme, and Edward, the scent of blood having attracted Carlisle to the dying Rosalie. He carried her to a room where he made the eighteen year old a vampire, worsening the pain she was already in. She awoke to voices of the Cullens arguing about Carlisle saving Rosalie just because they stumbled across her when she was dying. Upon seeing her reflection, Rosalie's unhappy mood improved with her now vampire beauty. Rosalie soon avenged herself by killing all who were with Royce that night. Having saved Royce for last, Rosalie donned a bridal gown and found her fiance locked in a windowless room with a thick vault like door guarded by two men. Killing the guards, Rosalie entered the room where she tortured Royce to death (she prefers to use her real last name rather than Cullen).
Laurent
Laurent belongs to a nomadic coven of vampires who feed off of humans. He did most of the speaking for his group even though he wasn’t the groups’ leader. His group: Him, James, and Victoria
James
James is one of the most lethal vampires around. He feeds off of humans and enjoys tracking humans that have drawn the attention of other vampires.
James was in Biloxi, Mississippi sometime around 1919 or 1920 and came upon a vampire who worked in a mental institution and had grown fond of a young, female patient. James made it his task to kill the girl, but before he could reach her, the other vampire changed the girl, making it useless for James to kill her. That girl was Alice Cullen.
Victoria
Bella describes her as "wild" and "chaotic" with a "distinctly feline" posture, and says that she has eyes that "flickered edgily."
Riley
Riley was among the first (if not the first) that Victoria changed. She told him that she loved him and convinced him to serve her faithfully.
Alec
The Volturi had their eyes on Jane and Alec, but were waiting until they were older to change them. When frightened humans burned them at the stake, Aro was forced to change them while they were still young. Alec’s gift is more potent than Jane’s, but we do not know what it is. We do know that it is because of his gift that the Volturi guard is invincible.
Aro
One of three vampires in Italy who live what Edward described as a very civilized and educated lifestyle. Carlisle found them while on his own search for the truth behind his nature. The Italian vampires tried to cure Carlisle of “his aversion to his natural food source,” but they failed. Their likeness was depicted in several painting by Solimena.
He is one of the leaders of the Volturi and is exceptionally talented. His ability to read minds is much more complete as he can hear every thought you have ever had. But he needs to touch you in order to hear those thoughts. He can not hear from a distance.
It is known that Aro slaughted an entire village when they tried to burn Jane and Alec at the stake for witchcraft. He wanted them to be older when they were changed. The villagers forced him to act sooner than he wanted to.
Aro acts like the spokesman for the rest of the Volturi, and is one of the tree leaders of the Voultri.
Caius
Caius has very pale skin that is almost translucent. It’s similar to onion skin. His hair is shoulder length and as white as his skin. When he moves, it appears as if he is floating. Caius is one of the three leaders of the Voultri.
Demetri
Demetri has an olive complexion which looks odd combined with his chalky pallor. Hair waves to his shoulders. He is a member of the Voultri Guard.
Felix
Bella describes him as "very big, tall and thick" and observes that his size reminds her of Emmett. Olive complexion which looks odd combined with his chalky pallor. Hair cropped short. He is also a member of the Voultri Guard.
Heidi
Heidi is gorgeous and statuesque with long, lustrous mahogany hair and amazingly long legs. Her eyes appear as if she wears blue contacts over her red eyes. She is the hunter for the Voultri.
Jane
The Volturi had their eyes on Jane and Alec, but were waiting until they were older to change them. When frightened humans burned them at the stake, Aro was forced to change them while they were still young. She is a prized member of the Voultri Guard and she has the special ability to inflict pain with her mind.
Marcus
Marcus lost his mate in a battle. That loss, over the centuries, turned him into the apathetic zombie he is today. When Marcus first encounters Bella and Edward, he is surprised by the intensity of their relationship. He shares this information with Aro mentally and never utters a single word. Marcus is one of the three leaders of the Voultri and has the special ability to see relationships.
Werewolves
Jacob Black
Jacob Black is described as a Native American of the Quileute tribe. When he reaches the age of sixteen, he undergoes the transformation that enables him to phase into a werewolf. He is described as 6' 7", lanky, but still very muscular, with black hair that is cut short when he joins his clan of werewolves, but later grows longer and hangs to his chin. His hair was also long before he became a werewolf.
Sam Uley
Sam is the leader of the werewolf pack, and the chief of the Quileute tribe (although this position should have gone to Jacob Black, Jacob let Sam keep the position, taking the role of second-in-command). Before becoming a werewolf, he was romantically involved with Leah Clearwater, but his relationship with her started to fall apart after his transformation, because he was forbidden to tell Leah what he had become. The relationship is destroyed for good when Sam imprints on Leah's visiting cousin, Emily, and goes back on every promise he had ever made to Leah. According to Jacob, Sam feels guilty about betraying and responsible for the bitter person Leah has become.
Embry Call
Embry Call is a werewolf in the Quileute pack. Embry is also one of Jacob's "wingmen". Embry calls Bella Swan vampire girl because she hangs out with the Cullen's coven (made up of Edward Cullen, Alice Cullen, Rosalie Hale, Jasper Hale, Emmett Cullen, Carlisle Cullen, and Esme Cullen). His mother was not a woman from the tribe so because the werewolf traits are inherited from father to son he may be the half brother of Quil Ateara, Jacob Black, or Sam Uley which causes some stress within the pack.
Quil Ateara
A member of the werewolf pack, unlike the other members of the pack, he was happy about becoming a wolf, due to finally having his friends back and understanding what was going on.
Quil is one of the three wolves of the pack who have imprinted; he imprinted on Emily's two-year-old niece, Claire. Although this seems to cause something of a scandal, Jacob Black explains that there is currently nothing sexual or romantic about it, and that Quil will be whatever Claire needs him to be for the rest of her life, whether a brother or a lover.
Paul
Paul is the wolf with a temper. When Bella shows up to an impromptu pack meeting, Paul is the one who loses control and tries to attack.
Jared
Jared was one of the first to transform into a werewolf. Jacob believed him to be part of Sam Uley’s "cult" before he changed himself and learned the truth. Jared was the second of the pack to imprint.
Seth Clearwater
Leah's brother, and a member of the La Push pack. He transformed into a werewolf around the same time as his sister, Leah (this transformation is what caused the heart attack and death of their father, Harry). He seems to idolize Jacob Black.
Leah Clearwater
Seth's sister, and the only female member of the La Push pack. She transformed into a werewolf around the same time as her brother, Seth (this transformation is what caused the heart attack and death of their father, Harry). Leah is bitter and cynical, and constantly antagonizes the pack by thinking about things that the other pack members want to avoid dwelling on.
